We understand that you may need to return a product or cancel an order due to certain reasons. To assist you clearly and fairly, Smart Way Packaging has established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to all orders placed with Smart Way Packaging and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Consumer Protection Laws.
Since most of our packaging products are custom-made according to your provided specifications, designs, and guidelines, we strongly recommend reviewing all details before final approval.
If you believe the products received are incorrect or defective, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order at:

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or printing defect on our end:
Smart Way Packaging will reproduce the entire order at no cost.
Our team will review the defect evidence and determine responsibility. This decision will be final.
The customer must return the full order within 7 working days.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect is required for reprint approval.
If the defect is caused by incorrect files, wrong information, or user error, and the customer still requests a refund:
The full order must be returned to us.
Refund will be issued after deducting setup fees, printing charges, shipping costs, and any other processing expenses.
To keep production timelines efficient, orders move quickly to our press department after mockup or proof approval.
Once the proof is approved, you have a 4-hour window to cancel your order.
If cancellation occurs after processing has begun, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellations must be requested within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already entered full production or press:
No refund will be issued.
However, we can offer free warehouse storage for your finished boxes and ship them whenever needed.
