Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom products must be inspected upon receipt. Any defects must be reported within 3 working days.
Defects caused by the company will be corrected at no cost, including reprinting the order. Proof via digital images is required.
Defects caused by the customer (incorrect files, design errors, or misinformation) require the customer to cover reprint costs.
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval. Cancellations after this period incur a 5% fee. Orders processed beyond 24 hours cannot be canceled.
Design services are non-refundable.
Order Placement, Payment & Taxes
- All prices are in USD, and full payment—including shipping, taxes, and handling—is required before production begins.
- Approval of electronic proofs is mandatory. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs for text, images, alignment, colors, and design accuracy.

Artwork & Proofs
Artwork must be submitted in 300 dpi, CMYK format.
Smart Way Packaging is not responsible for errors caused by low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files.
Proof approval confirms the customer’s responsibility for content accuracy.
Color reproduction may vary; we are not liable for slight color differences due to printing processes or UV lamination.
Production Notes
- Overruns and underruns may occur; we typically provide 5% extra at no additional cost.
- Gang printing is used only when suitable based on client requirements.
Changes to Website & Terms
We may update the website and Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the changes.
